TLC is run and owned by Matthew Clements (Driving Standards Agency Approved Driving Instructor (Car) and Institute of Advanced Motorists), who is based in North West Surrey, England.

Matthew is also a member of the Motor Schools Association, the Driving Instructors Association (Master Driver) and the Guildford & District Driving Instructors Association.

Support and advice is offered on all aspects of the theory and the practical requirements needed to achieve the above objective.  All the current and correct supporting literature is recommended, which along with the free loan of helpful videos and CD's should greatly enhance your practical as well as theory performance.

A written record of progress and achievements will be compiled and mock tests will normally be conducted to highlight any areas which require improvement prior to taking the practical. 

All levels of pupil experience are welcomed, from those who have never moved a car an inch to those approaching test standard and beyond!   TLC are licensed providers of post test-success tuition in the form of the Driving Standard's Agency approved Pass Plus course.  This highly recommended course builds on your previously learned skills, and comprises six parts including motorway driving.  Taking the Pass Plus course is recognised and appreciated by many leading insurance companies, tangibly shown when it comes to calculating the level of premium they charge (often saving hundreds of £'s off your first premium).
