is run and owned by Matthew Clements (Driving Standards Agency Approved Driving Instructor (Car) and Institute of Advanced Motorists), who is based in North West Surrey, England.

Matthew is also a member of the Motor Schools Association, the Driving Instructors Association (Master Driver) and the Guildford & District Driving Instructors Association.
